- Control external bleeding, including tourniquet use
- Perform adult, child, and infant CPR and AED use

Module 1 — First Aid Basics
- Scene assessment and universal precautions
- Bleeding control and wound care
- Burns, sprains, strains, and fractures

Module 2 — Medical Emergencies
- Shock, fainting, and diabetic emergencies
- Seizures and stroke recognition (FAST)
- Severe allergic reactions and epinephrine auto-injectors

Module 3 — Environmental Emergencies
- Heat and cold-related illness
- Bites, stings, and poisoning basics

Module 4 — CPR & AED
- Adult, child, and infant CPR
- AED operation and choking relief
- Final skills check and certification
